The City Women's Golf Association supports the VSGA Fleming Fund, an organization that offers complimentary memberships to the VSGA Junior Golf Circuit for young girls in Virginia. The Fleming Fund, with the help of the VSGA-VIP Scholarship Foundation, hopes to support golfing activities for girls between the ages of 7 to 18 who have yet to apply for college.
